We stand behind our exquisite and quality craftsmanship. We offer a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our jewelry. If you experience a defect with your purchase due to manufacturing, we recommend you to contact us so we may evaluate your piece. If your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturer defect, Bashford Jewelry will repair or replace the item without charge.

This warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or physical abuse, loss of precious stones and theft. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Bashford Jewelry will void this warranty. In situations not related to manufacturing defects, we always encourage purchase of independent insurance of your jewelry. This will help recover significant damage, loss, or theft you might experience.
